In the framework of the CLEAR-Rights project, which aims to strengthen legal assistance to children suspected, accused, or convicted of an offence and thus ensure the respect of their rights, the guide intends to strengthen the capacity of lawyers to carry out their work with children. It has been translated into 5 different languages (English, French, Hungarian, Romanian and Dutch).
