Transforming Justice Systems for Children in Migration
Children in migration must be considered first and foremost as children. This Paper proposes clear pathways for policy makers in order to opt for child-centred systems for children in migration, meaning to give due weight to the views of children, to see them as agents for change, to ensure compassionate and trauma informed support, and to innovate in their access to justice.
