Access to Justice for Children with Mental Disabilities: Collection and Dissemination of data - Guidance report

This report, bassed on "Access to Justice for Children with Mental Disabilities" project, evaluates international obligations surrounding data collection, and exposes significant gaps that currently exist at both domestic and European leves. The report sets out 15 key recommendations to close these gaps and to render visible experiences of children with mental disabilities.
